We use all natural weed control in the beds that our children and pets play in and want to offer that option to you as well. After extensive trials we have found an organic product that works well. It is made from clove oil, vinegar and citric juices. It degrades rapidly and will not move through the soil to injure nearby plants. Treated areas can be seeded one day after application. Annual weeds are killed right away while perennial weeds may regenerate after a single application and require additional treatment. We find that natural weed control is most effective when applied at two week intervals during the growing season.
